PRIVACY POLICY
OFFBEET records calls all inbound and outbound calls made to 023 8086 8674 via our phone provider. Call recordings are held by our call provider, and are used for monitoring purposes (including customer dispute resolution) as well as replayed for training purposes within OFFBEET only. Other than phone number, no identifying information is held as part of recorded calls. All recorded call data can be retrieved and deleted upon customer request, as per guidelines. By including the above in customer documentation, and also by alerting all parties that calls will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes before every call, and additionally by providing the opportunity for customers to opt out of being recorded by hanging up, OFFBEET is compliant with all relevant telecommunications legislation including but not limited to the following.
