This mock meat mix recipe started after we kept tasting seitan that tastes of seitan! If you know, you know! So we developed a recipe which originally started off as mock BBQ ribs. It was so good that we started to use the base recipes for other applications like mock mince meat, mock wings, mock ‘chicken’ and more. It particularly works well as slices coated in our Bacon Glaze. This recipe contained quite a few wet ingredients though so the challenge was on to create a ready made mock meat mix for you guys with the same awesome flavour but 100% less hassle and here it is!
