Tofu Scramble Seasoning


So another classic vegan food often done badly. The tofu scramble! Often it’s dry or tastes of turmeric, not egg like at all. A classic scramble is rich, luxurious and not overcooked. This mix flavours your tofu but when mixed with plant based milk and plant based butter it creates a scramble like no other. So the next time those tofu haters come round, knock some of this up and watch them mop their plates.
